1.What forms of payment do we accept?
We accept and securely process all major credit cards and paypal through our secure payment gateway. We utilize 128bit SSL Encryption and E-Way secure payments to ensure your payment is processed with the highest level of security available .e-cheques can be processed through paypal.
We will ship your ugg boots using International registered post to ensure secure and reliable delivery. This is a registered service so your order status can be tracked (once it has been shipped). After placing your order you can expect to receive your UGG Boots within 6-10 days. (You can track the day to day progress of your boots with our tracking system.)
After receiving your order, please allow up to 6 hours for your order to be shipped. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your order tracking number.
4.Standard Delivery (Free Shipping)
We are Free Shipping. We will post your UGGS with International registered air service direct from our factory. After placing your order you can expect to receive your UGG Boots within 3-5 days. (You can track the day to day progress of your boots with our tracking system.) .
5. What is your refund/returns policy?
We are committed to providing high quality boots to our customers. If you receive damaged boots we will gladly provide replacement for you, upon receiving proof of damage. Returns and Exchanges will only be accepted if they are requested within 2 weeks of receiving the boots.( You can upload a photo of the damage via our email, please contact us before you return itmes and we will email to you our return address.) If you are unsure of anything or do not agree with our return policy, please do not purchase. We welcome any point of clarification or enquires made via our contacts system.
We accept orders cancelled within 8 hours after you make order. If we have already shipped your order we cannot guarantee a cancellation. We will process your cancellation within 48hrs providing the correct details have been provided. Your credit card will be reimbursed within 48hrs of the funds transfer, however it may take several days for the charge to appear on your statement. Please contact us providing your order number and reason for cancellation.
8. Will I have to pay any additional taxes or duties?
No, our prices cover the costs of additional taxes and duties. In the unlikely event you receive any additional import fee, please send through your receipt and we will pay for all charges.
